Will it ever end?

So 4 weeks ago (almost 5) I came down with a really nasty head cold. It quickly turned into a sinus infection which quickly led to bronchitis. I finally went to the doctor about 10 days ago and got antibiotics to get that cleared up. On Friday I had to go back to the doctor because of a weird rash in my arm pit (turns out the doctor said it was a yeast infection) and gave me an ointment to put on that. This morning I woke up looking like this....(click on the picture if you want to see it bigger)
I have a rash head to toe. Obviously I am having an allergic reaction to something but I have no clue what. It just showed up this morning.
