About 2 years ago, Amelia got Cheer Bear for Christmas. She has always played with it and it has been one of her favorite toys. Well the last few weeks, she has INSISTED on sleeping with her bear. Us not seeing a problem with it, went ahead and let her. REALLY early this morning, Amelia woke up crying. At first we suspected the usual culprit. We thought she had wet her bed. Justin got up to take care of her and when he didn't come right back to get her some new clothes, I got a bit curious. A minute later he came back in and asked, "You gave her her bear last night before she went to bed, right?" I said yeah and we went in to find it. It had gotten squished between her bed and the wall. That was the only reason why she was crying. She wanted her bear. She even woke Nathan up. But Luckily, he went right back to sleep too. Usually when our kids wake up in the morning (no matter what time it is) they are wide awake. So I was really relieved when they both went right back to sleep and allowed us to get a few more hours of sleep too.
